As the need for good homes for parrots grows, we saw an opportunity to make a positive impact in their lives. Our passion for these birds and drive to make a difference led us to start Second Chance Parrots.
Welcome to Second Chance Parrots, the leading non-profit organization dedicated to rehoming parrots in need. Through education, guidance, and support, we strive to promote responsible ownership and reduce the number of surrendered parrots.
We believe education is a vital component in ensuring the well-being of our feathered friends.
Second Chance Parrots is dedicated to rehoming exotic parrots by connecting bird owners looking to surrender their pets with responsible fosters and adopters. Our website serves as a resource hub, offering educational materials, bird ownership 101 training, and a community-driven platform to reduce the number of surrendered parrots. Through detailed guidance, background checks, and fostering requirements, we ensure each bird finds a safe, knowledgeable home. The site also provides information on how to join our waiting list, participate in our programs, and support our mission through donations or volunteering.
